GORILLA

A gorilla has taken over the building site and someone is calling you from the top. It hurls barrels down the girders, the crane drops its loads, and you will have to jump, climb and swing the hammer.

Click the floppy to insert it. In the machine's menu, then click the floppy icon: the game starts. The game itself is in French.

The building site: the gorilla at the top left, barrels rolling down the sloping girders — The building site: barrels roll down, and sometimes take the ladder.

The hoist: two columns of yellow cars, the crane and its hook above — The hoist: the crane follows the worker, then drops its girder.

The bolts: four floors of girders, eight bolts, the gorilla on the top floor — The bolts: pull all eight and the gorilla falls.

Barrels roll down the sloping girders
Some ladders are broken: barrels get through, you don't
Jump a barrel, 100 points
Smash it with the hammer, 300 points

The hoist

Two columns of cars, one going up, one going down
The crane tracks you, then drops its girder
Fires prowl the platforms
A long fall is fatal

The bolts

Walk over all eight bolts, 100 points each
Each bolt pulled leaves a gap to jump
Fires follow you up the ladders
The hammer puts them out, 500 points
The high score stays on your disk 0

All of GORILLA fits in one BASIC 2026 program. The backgrounds, characters and objects are drawn images stored on the disk; without them, the program computes its own. The ZIP holds the program, these images in the machine's format and a short guide.
