Your data.

Visiting the site and using the machine needs no account, and what you do on disks 0 and 1 stays in your browser. This page says what changes when you sign in with ProAdmin or when a program asks the language model.

What is kept

  • Your session: ProAdmin identifier, name and email, 30 days
  • Disk 2: the files you write there, 16 MB at most
  • VVL credits: a pseudonym and a balance, no name or email
  • Audience: a fingerprint that changes every day, no cookie

Why

  • Account, disk 2, credits and model: providing the service you ask for (GDPR article 6.1.b)
  • Audience: legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (article 6.1.f)
  • No advertising, no resale, no automated decision about you

The language model

  • When a VVL program uses §, [ask], [stream] or [agent], the text concerned goes to OpenAI, in the United States, under standard contractual clauses
  • Your name, email and identifier are not sent with it, but the text may contain them if you write them in it
  • Put no confidential data in it, and no data about anyone else
  • Answers to § operators are kept 12 months, so the same question is not asked twice. The questions themselves and the texts of [ask] are not kept on the site

How long

  • Session: 30 days
  • Disk 2 and credits: erased 3 years after your last sign-in
  • The log of credit movements keeps the pseudonym and the amounts, no name or email
  • Audience: 400 days

Who has access

  • Authorised staff of ProSuite OOD
  • OVH, in France, hosts the site
  • OpenAI receives the texts described here
  • Your ProAdmin account is described by ProAdmin

The BBS

  • Member: ProAdmin identifier, chosen nickname, role, settings, last visit. Your name and email are not stored there
  • Nickname, topics, forum messages and chat lines: read by any visitor, without an account
  • Uploaded files: read by everyone once approved by the Sysop
  • Private messages: seen by both people. They are stored unencrypted: whoever administers the database can technically read them
  • The Sysop reads reports, deletes messages, approves files and suspends accounts

BBS retention

  • Chat: 30 days
  • Account: 3 years without a visit, or until you delete it in the terminal preferences
  • Private message: until each person has deleted their copy, or either account is deleted
  • Forum messages: until you or the Sysop delete them. When an account is deleted, they stay signed "Ancien membre" (former member), and their text is unchanged
  • Files and reports: until refused or withdrawn, or until the account is deleted

My account

  • The account is created and opened at ProAdmin: this site never sees your password
  • On first sign-in, ProAdmin asks you to confirm that you become a contact of ProSuite OOD
  • The site receives your name, your email and an identifier specific to ProSuite OOD

AI ON

  • The microphone only opens after AI ON and your consent in the browser. A red light stays on screen while it is open, and Esc cuts everything
  • Your voice goes directly from your browser to OpenAI, in the United States, under standard contractual clauses, to be transcribed. The site never receives the sound, only the text
  • What you say or type, your file list and the program in memory go to the language model, as for VVL
  • The exchanges are not kept once the session is closed
  • The session stops with AI OFF, Esc, or when you say you want to stop. The microphone cuts itself after three minutes of silence

Game results

  • Without an account, nothing leaves: the record stays on disk 0, in your browser
  • With an account, the site keeps your ProAdmin identifier, the game, the result and its date: your last 20 results and the best one, per game. Only you can see them, in My account
  • The hall of fame shows your BBS nickname and best result to any visitor, only if you agreed and have a nickname. Your name and email never appear there
  • Basis: your consent for public display, which you can withdraw at any time; the service you ask for otherwise (GDPR article 6.1.a and 6.1.b)
  • In My account, a box removes the display and a button erases your results. Otherwise they are erased 3 years after your last game, or with your BBS account

Getting in touch

  • The form on the About me page stores your name, e-mail address, subject, message and its date, without your IP address
  • They are used only to reply to you. Nicolas Korboulewsky, for ProSuite OOD, is the only one who reads them, and they are passed on to no one
  • Basis: your consent, given by the form's box (GDPR article 6.1.a), which you can withdraw by writing to the address below
  • They are erased two years after your message at the latest, or on request

Your browser and your rights

The site sets a single cookie, to2026_pa, needed for the session, and only when you sign in. Disks 0 and 1 and your settings stay in your browser's storage, which you can clear at any time. The format command of disk 2 erases your files on the site.

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to contact@prosuite.technology. You can also complain to the Bulgarian data protection authority (CPDP) or to the one in your country.
