THE TO2026

Drive the machine with an AI.

An assistant such as Claude can plug into your TO2026 through the MCP protocol. It reads the screen, looks at the picture, types commands, writes and runs programs in the cartridge's language, tidies your files and commands a BASIC 2026 program that allows it. It also reads the full reference of each language, checked on the machine. You see everything on screen, and one command is enough to cut it off.

1. Plug in the assistant

  • In Claude, add a custom connector with the address https://to2026.tekitisy.com/machine/mcp
  • Claude opens the ProAdmin sign-in: sign in with your account
  • The connector only acts on your machine, the one of your account

2. Open the machine

  • Open the machine and choose the cartridge of the language you want
  • Type PROADMIN ON, then MCP ON: the machine is now at the assistant's disposal
  • MCP OFF, or closing the page, cuts everything off

3. What the assistant can do

  • etat, ecran and capture_ecran: see the machine, its text and its picture
  • taper, ecrire_programme, lancer, arreter: program as you do, at the keyboard
  • lister_disque, lire_fichier, ecrire_fichier, operation_disque: your files. Disk 3 stays read-only, and a file is only replaced on explicit request
  • commande: a command of a running BASIC 2026 program
  • documentation: this guide, and the reference of the nine languages (in French)

A program the assistant commands

A BASIC 2026 program declares its own commands with MCP COMMAND. The assistant sees them in the etat tool and sends them with the commande tool. The program receives them through ON MCP and MCP RECEIVE, reads their arguments with MCPARG$, and answers with MCP REPLY. The details are in the BASIC 2026 reference, in French.

PROGRAM
x = 0
MCP COMMAND "AVANCE", "Avance de N pas", "N"
MCP COMMAND "POSITION", "Rend la position"
ON MCP CALL Ordre
DO : WAIT VBL : LOOP
SUB Ordre
  SHARED x
  MCP RECEIVE c$
  IF c$ = "AVANCE" THEN x = x + VAL(MCPARG$("N")) : MCP REPLY "OK"
IF c$ = "POSITION" THEN MCP REPLY STR$(x)
END SUB

What is kept

The site keeps your ProAdmin pseudonym, the presence of the machine, and each request with its answer for the time of the exchange: they are erased as soon as they are delivered, and after 10 minutes at the latest. Of the assistant's token it only keeps a fingerprint, for 5 minutes at most. Answers go to the assistant you plugged in yourself. The details are on the Privacy page.
